Easy and yummy vegetable soup that the kids love making and eating. Serve with oyster crackers for more fun.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop carrots. Cook in a large soup pot for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Peel and chop potatoes. Add to carrots.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Salt to taste. If you prefer a vegetarian soup, skip this step.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and ground beef to potatoes and carrots.
  5. Add remaining vegetables and tomato paste to pot.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of SeasonAll for spices.
  7. Simmer for one hour until all flavors come together.
